THE COMPANY

Acumen Group & Acumen Property Development & Investment Ltd is a one-stop consortium providing all-round services for real estate and retail sectors. Extending the services of branding, marketing and asset management strategy beyond project development and large scale revamping projects is important in bringing values and minimizing risks. 

The Founder: Mr. Yuen Dick LEUNG  

Not only being the Authorized Person in Hong Kong, Registered Architect in Hong Kong & PRC, Mr. Leung is also an all-rounded expert in estate investment, project development as well as asset management. Mr. Leung was the top management of listed companies in Hong Kong for several decades. He was the Head of Project Development Department as well as the Principal Advisor of Deceased Chairman (Mr. Walter Kwok) of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. He also served as Director (Project and Development) and Steering Committee of the Link Reit and Board Director of Taipei 101.  

During his 30-years services, he took care of HK$130B assets including development of hundreds of residential blocks/ commercial/ hotel properties and revamping of lots of malls, in both Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing & other cities of PRC. Out of which there are lots of World Top Landmarks: 

Residential landmark: 凯旋门 the ARCH, one of the highest price per sqm in World; 

Tourist & Office landmark: Taipei 101, tallest tower in Taiwan, top ten tallest in the World;  Commercial landmark: APM in Wangfujing Beijing北京王府井新东安广场, now known as北京APM, whereas Wangfujing is the one of highest pedestrian flow pedestrianized shopping street. 

Mr. Leung explored lots of business opportunities in relation to Belt & Road Initiatives and established good connections with some of those Countries. Acumen was one of the sponsors of the 13th South Asian Games 2019 hosted by Nepal.
